About the Role:

  • Take charge of planning, organising, and executing diverse events, from industry summits to seminars.
  • Advocate for accessibility, ensuring all attendees have equal participation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with organisational goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.

About You:

  • Positive attitude towards people with disabilities and a high level of understanding.
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in a large organisation.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams for hybrid event environments.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Budget management experience and risk assessment proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience with EventsAir and MS Teams is desirable.
