Full Job Description
We are on the search for a Paralegal who feels confident to embody and weave the role of paralegal. You will be supporting one Property Lawyer with legal administration, case work, managing client experiences, and settling conveyancing matters via PEXA. You will possess the intuitive sense for leveling up seamless processes and adding efficiency to our client's conveyancing department. 

Two days will never feel the same, therefore we require someone who is adaptable, flexible and a multitasking guru. You will thrive in the energy of expanding and challenging your legal career with an innate passion to develop and nurture not only yourself, but the firm's continued development and success.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to the Property Lawyer. Managing property transactions via PEXA, including preparing legal documents, conducting searches, and coordinating settlements.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support conveyancing activities and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, however some training will be provided.
  • Opening and closing files.

Requirements:

  • For this role you simply require at least 12 months paralegal exp.
  • Proven conveyancing experience and PEXA proficient
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MUST have full Australian working rights to apply.
  • A proactive, positive and collaborative mindset and attitude.
