Tradewind QLD are building a team of Casual Disability Support workers

to assist various organisations in various locations.

To be successful you must have:

  • A relevant qualification in Disability Support or related field.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
  • Clear communication (spoken and written)
  • Drivers Licence and reliable transport (fully insured)
  • NDIS screening clearance

Your role:

As a representative of Tradewind, you will offer personalised support in daily living tasks and personal care to the participants entrusted in our care. You will assist participants in accessing community activities and events, and document progress and report any concerns or updates, whilst adhering to organisational policies and industry standards.

Tradewind offers a simple application and onboarding process for you to be able to walk in your passion and join our agency. Whether you'd like to pick up some casual shifts on the side of your current employment, or study, or have the future potential to progress and build your roster into more hours.
