Attractive hourly rates + penalty rates on overtime Permanent full-time position Monday to Friday roster

Based out of the Coates Belmont branch, Field Service Mechanics take responsibility for repair of Coates hire equipment and machinery on customer sites. Duties include:

Safe, effective and efficient preventative maintenance, service and overhaul as required. Deliver a level of trust and commitment to our customers that Coates is the right supplier for the project. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across a variety of equipment – earthmoving, generators, forklifts, telehandlers, light towers and access equipment. Ensure stock levels of spare parts are available to undertake any repair on site.

What you’ll bring to the role

Relevant Trade qualifications Experience with petrol and diesel motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical skills Driver’s licence (preferably MR or HR) Effective time management and attention to detail Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
