We are currently seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to join our team in Perth. As a Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of the CRM entity and Object Model, combined with expertise in .NET development and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Utilize your Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation or support experience to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, leveraging your experience in the IT industry and/or consulting.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics CRM functionality using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Plan, organize, and manage time effectively across multiple tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Build strong rapport with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using your strong understanding of business processes.
  • Adhere to software implementation life cycle best practices, including project management, requirements definition, functional design, quality management, and change management.
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment, including request and incident management, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure Services (such as Power BI and Power Automate) is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A couple of years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation or support experience with a solid understanding of the CRM entity and Object Model.
  • Solid IT industry and/or consulting experience.
  • Sound general .NET development experience.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide quality customer service.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment, with request and incident management preferred.
  • Understanding and usage of ServiceNow preferred.
  • Experience with Azure Services and the Power Platform (i.e., Power BI, Power Automate) preferred.
