About the Team

Our Oracle team seeks enthusiastic, talented individuals to join. Ideally, you are the kind of person who is excited about implementing Oracle’s modern Cloud applications, someone who enjoys designing and building solutions that will help our customers optimise their ways of working. You are a person that understands the benefits that Oracle packaged solutions offer businesses, these benefits include the modern and intuitive user interface and the inherent mobility, AI, and reporting capabilities of the platform. You work well with others and understand that the optimum way of working almost always emerges through exchanging ideas. You are also keen to learn from others and share your learnings, through the articles, news, and podcasts we consume, the documentation we create, and the stories we share, so that the team grows together. We believe that there’s very little in the way of just doing it when it comes to experimenting with new technology; not only are you encouraged to explore your interests, develop new skills but you will also have access to our global and partner training materials, and you will be supported to get industry certifications.

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of subject matter expert with hands-on implementation and PUM/Tools upgrade experience on working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules, including Campus Community, Recruiting and Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self Service experience with designing and maintaining interfaces to external systems.
• Should have completed at least 3 full lifecycle Campus Solutions implementation/upgrade projects.
  Lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle, work on all project phases of PS including requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions, Fit/Gap, design, business process mapping, Configuration, Testing and provide inputs on best practices, options, risks and impacts.
• Should have Strong hands-On experience in minimum of 5 modules of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and knowledge of SQL, PS Queries, Integration Broker monitoring.
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
• Proven skills in quality assurance, including creation of testing scripts and test execution;
• Additional working/integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Finance, ELM and webservices will be
• considered as an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with the above experience in a University / Higher Education environment.
• Good to have – PeopleTools Certification
• PeopleSoft Campus design, development and support experience
• Oracle Certified expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools (version 8.51 or above) and Campus (version 9.2 or above) software.
  · JavaScript and frontend development technologies
  · Proven experience with integrating systems through APIs
  · Experience with Agile development methodologies
