The Opportunity:

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new facility in West Melbourne in April 2024, and we invite you to express your interest in becoming a part of our team. Our distribution centre in West Melbourne is experiencing rapid growth, and we are actively seeking both experienced Warehouse Operators and those who are new to the field.

As a Warehouse Operator at our West Melbourne facility, your role will be integral to our operations. You will be responsible for tasks such as picking and packing items for dispatch, managing inbound and outbound shipments (including sorting, loading, and unloading goods), preparing and verifying shipping documents, and ensuring that our products are stored correctly and in excellent condition. Safety is of utmost importance to us, and you will work under the guidance of our DC Supervisors to complete your daily assignments efficiently and accurately.

Experience Level: We welcome both experienced Warehouse Operators and individuals who are new to the field, making this opportunity suitable for a wide range of candidates. Safety Conscious: Candidates should prioritize safety and adhere to safety guidelines while performing warehouse tasks. Efficiency: The ability to efficiently complete daily assignments, including picking and packing items for dispatch, is essential. Accuracy: Attention to detail is crucial for tasks such as verifying shipping documents and ensuring products are stored correctly. Team Player: Collaborative skills are important, as you'll be working as part of a team to achieve our operational goals. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are valued qualities.
