Your Role
As a trusted HR Manager, you’ll provide leadership and direction to align HR strategies with business objectives. You’ll drive impactful initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, and compliance while ensuring organisational goals are met. Key responsibilities include:
- HR Leadership: Partner with management to align People strategy with business goals and provide cost-impact insights for HR outcomes and decisions.
- Strategic Implementation: Embed People strategy into HR processes across operations, leading initiatives in recruitment, training, and retention.
