Your Role
As a trusted HR Manager, you’ll provide leadership and direction to align HR strategies with business objectives. You’ll drive impactful initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, and compliance while ensuring organisational goals are met. Key responsibilities include:
- HR Leadership: Partner with management to align People strategy with business goals and provide cost-impact insights for HR outcomes and decisions.
- Strategic Implementation: Embed People strategy into HR processes across operations, leading initiatives in recruitment, training, and retention.
- Talent Excellence: Attract and maintain top talent through rigorous recruitment and targeted development programs, ensuring alignment with performance cycles.
- Program Leadership: Oversee key annual HR programs, including KPI setting, performance management, compensation planning, and succession planning.
- Cultural Impact: Develop programs that reward and recognise employee engagement and profitable initiatives, fostering a collaborative and thriving workplace.
- Compliance and Governance: Monitor and ensure legal compliance, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organisation at hearings.
- Coaching and Advisory: Provide leadership coaching and expert guidance on award and agreement interpretation across departments.
- Systems and Processes: Maintain accurate HR information systems and ensure all job descriptions and requirements are updated.
