We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity to join our growing business, based in Milton. This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, working closely with, and supporting our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the sales team’s schedules, documentation control and communicating relevant information to key stakeholders.
  • Working with Marketing to ensure adequate supply of sales-related equipment & collateral.
  • Daily administration of salesforce, ensuring data from sales teams are maintained & accurate.
  • Create & distribute relevant reports 
  • Provide administrative support to executives and management team members as required.
  • Managing meeting agendas and preparing any materials required.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
