- Ongoing full-time vacancy (35 hours per week)
- Clerk Grade: 7/8 Base salary $101,947 pa to $112,849 pa plus super and annual leave loading

**About the team**

NSW Trustee & Guardian can be appointed by a court or tribunal to manage a person’s finances and legal affairs if their decision-making ability is impaired due to disability, age, mental illness or injury. Our Estate Management division delivers high-quality financial management services to customers. The Estate Planning & Administration division is responsible for delivering NSW Trustee & Guardian’s commercial services in Will making, as trustee, attorney, and as administrator/executor of deceased estates.

**About the role**

The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for the design and delivery of quality learning strategies, frameworks, programs and services for Estate Management and Estate Planning & Administration Divisions that will contribute to the achievement of quality services and performance planning objectives.

The role ensures that the quality and merit of all programs and solutions maximises divisional investment in capability building to achieve learning and development objectives and outcomes, ensuring that employees have the skills and confidence to deliver customer-centred services.

**About you**
- are a talented and enthusiastic Learning & Development Specialist
- share the NSW Trustee & Guardian values and are highly professional and agile
- have a strong passion for and can bring experience in designing, developing and delivering learning strategies and programs
- enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs and requirements
- are a strong negotiator and influencer, who can effectively interpret and deliver complex messages and processes.

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in Adult Education and/or demonstrated equivalent industry.
- Experience in delivering and evaluating talent and leadership strategies across organisations with demonstrated outcomes on business results.
- Understanding of NSW Trustee & Guardian’s key services and customer base including experience working and/or supporting people with disability, vulnerable or older people.
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status and able to provide acceptable proof.
