About the role
As a Product Owner for Sentral , you will be the voice of the customer and will play a pivotal role in advancing our latest product, StudentPayPlus .
StudentPayPlus, a Sentral product, is an online platform offering school uniform and supplies stores, as well as canteen meal ordering solutions. Launched in 2023, StudentPayPlus facilitates cashless transactions, benefiting parents, schools, and volunteers. Our solution integrates global expertise with local contributions, collaborating closely with our partners in the USA and Canada..
As a key member within a cross-functional development team your areas of focus will be:
Managing the product backlog, defining user stories and working with the development team and key stakeholders to build the best solutions for customers; Understanding the problem and needs of the customers and stakeholders, and communicating this to the development teams both onshore and offshore; Breakdown problems and needs into Epics and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria; Validate solutions with customers throughout the development process; Train Customer Success and other internal stakeholders on changes to products; Write release notes for updates to customers; Work to continually enhance the product and feature set.

Proven experience working as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within an agile environment, preferably scrum; Proven delivery across SaaS products for a software vendor; Inquisitive mindset to identify problems and craft solutions; Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally; Strong organisational skills with a problem solving mindset.Please note that you must have
