**About the Role**

As a **Product Manager **for Sentral, you will be the voice of the customer. Reporting to the Head of Product you will be a key member of our product team, working closely with the Product Owners, Designers and Developers. You will be responsible for delivering on the product strategy through ideation, design and development of key product areas across Sentral’s product offerings. With a high degree of external customer engagement your ability to gain a deep understanding of our customer needs will be critical.

**Your other areas of focus will be**:

- To build and evangelise the product vision in conjunction with stakeholders and business objectives;
- Develop and clearly communicate the product roadmap;
- Prioritise features, initiatives and customer requests against business objectives;
- Explore, validate and document potential growth opportunities and initiatives;
- Use various techniques to validate problem definition, solution and market viability
- Coordinate the product launch planning with customer marketing, customer support, training and implementation teams;
- Use data to support decision making and continually look at ways to incrementally build data to aid in decision making.

**About You**

You will bring significant experience in Product Management, you are highly commercial with the ability to understand levers in the business and articulate how product excellence delivers customer and revenue outcomes. You thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment with the confidence to steer your team’s deliverables against key initiatives. Key to your success will be to your ability to bring others on the journey with strong communication and collaboration skills, and a demonstrated ability to inspire collaboration between the customer facing aspects of the business.

**In addition to being both quality driven and customer focused, you will possess the following skills and attributes**:

- Proven experience working as a Product Manager within an agile environment;
- Solid SaaS product knowledge from ideation through to Go to Market strategies;
- Demonstrated ability to synthesise clear requirements and product guidance with multiple stakeholders;
- Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and user-centric design;
- Strong analytical skills, with a goal to be data-informed and metrics oriented;
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to make an impact;
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with development, marketing, support and sales teams.
