My Healthcare Solutions Team (part of My People Solutions Recruitment) is a leading Nursing & Care Worker Agency providing high quality staffing solutions to clients in Private Homes, Shared Living & Group Homes.

Our client is an extremely ethical NDIS Registered Provider who takes a person centric approach to delivering services and is seeking to expand their core team with an experienced Registered Nurse who has qualifications and experience in working with clients with Mental Health and extensive experience of working in the Aged Care Sector.

Most importantly, our client is willing to train the successful applicant in supporting clients with disabilities and working within the NDIS. If you also have experience of working with children / young adults or have specialised in working with Autism, Trauma and / or PTSD please contact us immediately.

The role is based at the company's main office in Inner South-East Melbourne for 15 to 20 hours a week on a fixed term 6-month contract initially but may become a permanent role and increase to full time in the future, as the company is growing rapidly. 

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience of working in the Aged Care sector and qualifications and experience in working in the Mental Health sector. Based in South-East Inner Melbourne office and available to work at a minimum each week on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse Div 1.
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience of working in the Aged Care sector.
  • Qualifications and evidence of experience of working with adults and / or children with Mental Health, Autism, Trauma or PTSD.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Integrity, honesty & reliability is critical for this role.

IMPORTANT: In addition to holding a current AHPRA Registered Nurse Div 1 registration, it is a mandatory requirement that applicants will need to have or be willing to apply for NDIS Worker Screening Check, current Police Check, up to date Vaccinations (including COVID), current CPR/First Aid, employer Working with Children Check, hold a Full Driving Licence with access to a reliable car & have unlimited rights to work in Australia.
