We are currently looking for Mandarin-Speaking Office Admin for our client that is a global Asian food distributer from Asian food to supermarkets, dining restaurants, and many different clients across the APAC, US and Europe. As a Mandarin-Speaking Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting their office operations internally and providing excellent customer service to their clients. The role is on a permanent full-time basis working for a company that was established in the ealry 1900s and it has been very success in its industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance via phone and email
  • Data entry and management tasks
  • Importing and updating online orders data
  • Processing deposits and banking transactions
  • Assisting with other general duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in office administration or similar roles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of HACCP regulations is a plus
  • Legally able to work in Australia
