Our dedicated team is currently seeking an Administration/Accounts/Office Support Officer to join the team on an ongoing, to a permanent basis.

We offer a large variety of elevated platforms for hire, such as scissor lifts, Boom lifts and more. We also offer training in our facilities or onsite.

This is a great opportunity for those interested in building their skills Administration

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • MYOB
  • General Office support and phone duties answering calls, taking messages etc.
  • Accounts payable
- building and maintaining supplier relationships
- managing inbound and outbound correspondence

  • Regular use of Microsoft office suit
  • Intermediate level of excel
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • The skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people, providing support wherever it is needed.
  • Min 12 months prev. exp. in accounts payable and receivable
  • Previous admin experience
  • Profound communication skills and a professional work ethic
  • Previous customer service and administration experience (an advantage)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to priorities and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
