Our dedicated team is currently seeking an Administration/Accounts/Office Support Officer to join the team on an ongoing, to a permanent basis.

The responsibilities of this role include:
- MYOB
- General Office support and phone duties answering calls, taking messages etc.
- Accounts payable
- managing inbound and outbound correspondence
- Regular use of Microsoft office suit
- Intermediate level of excel
- The skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people, providing support wherever it is needed.
- Min 12 months prev. exp. in accounts payable and receivable
- Previous admin experience
- Profound communication skills and a professional work ethic
- Previous customer service and administration experience (an advantage)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to priorities and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Salary:
$ $35.00 per hour
