We currently have an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Property Management Operations division.  The team is integral to the overall digital service delivery to Property Management staff across the APAC region.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Reporting to the Director Business Operations, the key responsibilities of this role will be as follows:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their digital requirements for development
  • Project management and/or business analysis as required
  • Perform testing as required on development
  • Document system development and associated user guides
  • Maintain user guides with the training teams
  • Work with software developers to integrate our platform to customer’s platforms including 3rd party systems
  • Manage multiple developments concurrently

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; 

  • Previous experience as a BA, and Tertiary qualification in Business/Accounting/Computer Science 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and an understanding of Agile project management methodology
  • Experience or exposure to Azure DevOps or associated team collaboration software
  • Intermediate skill level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Power BI, Excel and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused, whilst managing multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written and a flexible attitude in dealing with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of commercial property management and accounting practices will be advantageous
