Are you ready to take charge of our technology operations? We’re looking for an Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our technology, including Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, Storage, and Backups. In this role, you’ll ensure our IT Infrastructure is managed effectively and efficiently, working closely with technology domain owners and managed service providers to deliver a reliable and continuously improving service.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of technology services and improve IT operations with domain owners and service providers.
Quickly resolve IT incidents and manage critical service impacts.
Maintain security and compliance in technology operations.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure system stability.
Optimise system performance through continuous monitoring.
Implement and monitor financial operations practices.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable IT services.
Oversee managed service provider performance and compliance.
Ensure compliance through regular audits and corrective actions.
Work closely with domain owners to meet operational needs.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports on IT infrastructure services.
Define and track relevant metrics for service health and compliance.
Manage problem resolution and root cause analysis.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures for efficiency
You will :
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Have a demonstrated track record in IT Operations
Have strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure
Be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
Have a deep understanding of compliance and security standards as it relates to IT Operations
Be an effective communicator, able to influence & engage stakeholders
