Here at MSWA we specialise in providing personalised care and support to those living with neurological conditions (for example MS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Motor Neurone, Acquired Brain Injury and Stroke).  We are proud of the range services we can provide our clients including allied health/clinical, in-home care, and high-support accommodation.
 
This role leads a small team of 4 Client Liaison Coordinators who connect clients to MSWA’s internal services and supports, helping them throughout their NDIS journey.
 
In your role as Team Leader – Client Engagement for the South West, you’ll seek to nurture and mentor the team in developing a client-focused culture and ensure seamless service delivery.  You’ll oversee the completion of tasks, monitor KPI’s, assist with Client coordination and support the team on a daily basis. You will also have a small case load of clients to support, and you will be required to travel to our Vasse office once a week.
 
A day in the life:

  • Support your team – help them achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Manage your own small caseload of clients.
  • Keep things ticking along - allocate caseloads and track referral reporting against KPIs.
  • Maintain Customer Service - assist with the prompt resolution of any incidents or complaints.
  • Bring about change - Identify improvements to our processes and systems.

 
Our ‘must haves’

  • You’re an experienced team leader who can support complex customer service teams.
  • NDIS or HCP experience is desirable 
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • You can easily manage competing priorities and deadlines. 
  • NDIS workers screening check (or willingness to obtain.)
  • Full driving licence.
