About the Role

Are you passionate about financial security and looking for an opportunity to make a real impact?

We are seeking a Customer Offboarding Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Crime Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting AML/CTF risk management and ensuring the integrity of our financial systems. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analysing operational and technical support to mitigate risks, preparing and processing customer exits, and collaborating closely with business partners and compliance teams.

About you

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in financial crime compliance. Yes - You should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under supervision to support post-investigation risk management. Banking and AML experience is preferred but not necessary if you are a customer obsessed person with excellent time management that comes naturally to you.

Your communication skills will be key as you work alongside various internal stakeholders. If you are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
