ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We currently have part time and casual opportunities for Support Workers in Townsville, aimed at assisting our clients with their daily living and activities. This isn’t your typical support worker position – it’s the perfect fit if you’re seeking a lively atmosphere and a chance to build friendships. Get ready for numerous group projects and social activities where our focus is on cultivating and enhancing a homely atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infuse positivity into daily routines
- Build genuine connections through social support

- Engage in community access adventures
- Domestic assistance - light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Daily living activities (personal care, medication)
WHAT’S REQUIRED
The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain;
- Previous experience in support work or similar
- Flexible availability for a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers
- Valid drivers licence (open)
- Right to work in Australia
- COVID-19 vaccinations (x2 doses)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (yellow card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue card)
- NDIS orientation module certificate
