**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily tasks, including transfers, grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal care.
- Provide domestic support, such as meal preparation, light household duties, and laundry.
- Accompany clients on community outings, including driving to appointments and social activities.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
