The Opportunity

As the Senior Fund Analyst, you will provide funds management support to a Dexus Infrastructure Fund and Infrastructure Separately Managed Account (SMA) Portfolios. You will assist with the preparation and implementation of the investment strategies, financial models, and analysing the dynamics of and primary influences on portfolio returns. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of the Fund/Portfolios and their key priorities, drivers, risks and opportunities.

Your ability to build strong and respected relationships will enable you to assist and support the Fund Manager in delivering results.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring circa 5 years’ experience in a real asset (infrastructure or real estate), financial analytics or similar role. You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of one or more real asset sectors and familiarity with unlisted fund and capital structures, as well as balance sheet, cash flow, and profit and loss reporting. Partnered with strong financial modelling and analysis skills, you’ll showcase the capability to develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and attribution analysis of financial performance.
