Our comprehensive programs cater to children from six weeks old through to those in the year before prep. In our kindergarten, children are immersed in a curriculum that explores different languages and cultures, fostering an appreciation for diversity and igniting a passion for new learning adventures.

Job Description: As the Centre Director, you will leverage your extensive experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your team, driving continuous improvement in all aspects of centre operation. You will extend your network of relationships with children, families, and educators while working collaboratively to ensure a high-quality, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Run the daily operational components of the business.
  • Develop and mentor our team, striving for excellence guided by the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Frameworks.
  • Manage the centre budgets, ratios, rosters, and staffing requirements.
  • Lead and inspire a team of educators to achieve excellence in early childhood education.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing excellent customer service and effective communication.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills for a team with a range of experience levels.
  • Early Childhood qualifications, Diploma in Early Childhood Educator and Care (or equivalent).
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain immediately).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Director.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Proven history with the implementation of NQF, and Kindergarten guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage centre operations, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
