Join us at Majella Early Learning Centre, where we cultivate and motivate young minds in a supportive and enriching setting.Job Description: As the Centre Director, you will utilize your vast experience and leadership skills to inspire and empower your team, fostering continuous improvement across all aspects of centre operations. You will expand your network of connections with children, families, and educators while working together to maintain a high-quality, inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the business.
  • Guide and support our team, striving for excellence in line with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Frameworks.
  • Manage the centre's finances, ratios, schedules, and staffing needs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of educators to excel in early childhood education.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong bonds with families, delivering exceptional customer service and efficient communication.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Effective leadership and mentoring abilities for a team with varying experience levels.
  • Qualifications in Early Childhood, Diploma in Early Childhood Educator and Care (or equivalent).
  • Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to acquire them promptly).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Centre Director.
  • Hold a valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Demonstrated track record in implementing NQF and Kindergarten guidelines.
  • Proven capacity to oversee centre operations, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
