Join Our Team in Rydalmere: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Acoustics Manufacturing Team. Your role will involve setting up, programming, and operating machinery to produce parts for our assembly lines, specifically using precision grinding equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to manufacture components. Ensure parts are machined to specification and within tolerance. Program and set up machines for grinding/machining tasks. Perform safety checks and routine maintenance on machines. Maintain machine cleanliness. Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation. Identify and report equipment failures/defects.Your Skills:
Relevant tradesman qualifications - Trade experience in Fitting & Machining or Toolmaking. Proficient in setting up and operating grinding equipment. Experience with CNC machinery and basic programming. Knowledge of 5S and Kanban principles. Ability to perform machine maintenance and fault finding. Effective communication and teamwork skills.WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY
