Over the last two years, they have developed Future Wave – a new business model transforming agents from salespeople to buyer agents and vendor advocates, consulting with and advising clients across all their property decisions. This is an Australian first and the only Property Advocacy ‘business in a box’ model in the marketplace.

 

Originating in Victoria, Property Mavens' founder and CEO, Miriam Sandkuhler has asked us to assist her in identifying an individual ready to make the leap into business ownership as Master Franchisee for QLD. Is that you?

 

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to buy a master franchise for a modest investment - yet enjoy unparalleled returns beyond the norm in the Real Estate sector.

 

You will have experience already in the Real Estate sector in QLD. Whether as a Network or Franchise Development Manager, or, as an Agent or maybe a Principal. Regardless, you are well versed in the 'courtship' process involved in selling franchises. You know how to tell the difference between the dreamers and the do'ers. And from there, your battle scars in onboarding, growing each franchise and managing their ongoing compliance results in outstanding results for everybody.

 

If that's true of you and those who know you in a professional sense generally describe you as:

  • Highly intelligent, with an ability to process high-order information;
  • Articulate and able to persuade, diplomatically, at all levels;
  • Very commercially astute;
  • Possessing high motivational intensity - a disciplined pursuer of big goals;
  • A sales leader (not a sales manager);
  • A part of the team (not apart from the team);
  • Appreciative of 'policies and procedures' yet comfortable questioning the status quo;
  • Optimistic but not easily misled;
  • Decisive and action-oriented - backed by data;
  • A savvy, yet calculated, risk-taker;
  • Customer-focused while also comfortable in taking a stand that may differ, where appropriate;
  • Having a preference for 'freedom of movement';
  • Objective in your decision-making yet also armed with a good sense of intuition;
  • Possessing a balanced ego which will see you fit in well with a fast-growing start up.
