About the opportunity
The Digital Producer role will join a team of experienced creatives who use their passion for delivering outstanding digital experiences to create innovative products and services for our clients.
As a Junior Digital Producer on our largest client, you will work within a cross-functional customer experience team alongside passionate designers, developers, business analysts, project managers and analytics experts.
You will be tasked with
- Supporting the delivery and execution of our client's website, ensuring and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Content authoring in Sitecore 10 CMS platform, adhering to existing templates and components that align to overall brand guidelines. Suggest improvements as needed.
- Partner with stakeholders and peers to deliver digital projects optimised for lead generation and conversion within brand guidelines.
- Interacting with clients daily, as well as setting up and attending client meetings as needed
- Working in a process rich environment with lots of governance
- Providing support and training for other CMS users
About You

- Technically Minded- You have an understanding of CMS authoring, ideally on Sitecore, with a base knowledge of SEO and web architecture good practice
- Strong Communicator - A strong communicator both written and verbal. You are comfortable interacting candidly and transparently across a broad number of stakeholders from technical teams, to business teams to senior leadership.
- Process-Orientated - You love attention to detail and are highly organised
- Asset Prep - Basic image cropping and editing (Video is a bonus)
- Problem Solver - You can quickly identify and resolve project related issues
- Multi-Tasker - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience working with a project management tool (Jira is a bonus).
- Agile - A self-starter and love working in a fast paced environment. You can jump in and get things done to help out other teams
- Highly Collaborative - You’re able to build trust with colleagues across all levels and disciplines.
- Growth Mindset - A love for learning and helping others learn. Having the ability and experience to ship quickly, iterate, and are always striving to improve
