As a leading Melbourne-based Digital Brand Agency, our highly creative client delivers a full mix of brand, digital and experience solutions for a distinguished account base. To continually drive high-quality work, they have an immediate opening for a hybrid-based Digital Producer.

**As a Digital Producer, you will**:

- Work alongside an amazing team
- Work with clients to understand their objectives
- Develop account strategies
- Conduct workshops and lead meetings to elicit requirements
- Direct and brief a creative team
- Manage client engagements, end-to-end
- Manage stakeholder engagements
- Build proposals and project plans
- Drive UX research and strategy
- Develop and deliver content and digital projects
- Manage quality assurance processes

**The ideal Digital Producer will possess the following skills, traits, and experience**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with Gantt Charts
- Project management certification
- Creative service knowledge (video, graphic design, branding, product management, etc.)
- Consultative digital planning processes and approaches
- Strategic thinking
- Digital literacy (Adobe, Miro, Trello, etc.)
