About The Role
Are you ready to take control of your career? We're currently seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to join our team.
This role requires an experienced SAP and Prometheus scheduler who can work effectively in all conditions and extract key information from stakeholders and peers. You will be expected to collaborate with others and coach and mentor in best scheduling practices. Oil and gas experience is highly regarded.
This is an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, on a Monday to Friday roster. This role is a residential position based in Darwin.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, monitor, and maintain accurate maintenance schedules using SAP Prometheus.
- Extract, analyse, and utilise data to improve maintenance processes and scheduling efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and execution of maintenance activities.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to peers in best scheduling practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all scheduling activities.
Benefits
- Hourly rate between $90 - $95 + superannuation, depending on experience and skill set, paid weekly.

About You
To be successful you will need experience in the following:
- You must have experience as a Maintenance Scheduler in the Oil & Gas industry.
- You must have experience with SAP and Prometheus with respect to scheduling.
- Strong communication skills to extract key information from stakeholders and peers.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in scheduling practices.
- You must have Australian Working Rights for this role.
