About the role:

The Safe at Home Project Manager oversees all aspects of the implementation, development and delivery of the Safe at Home trial in Geelong and provides a critical link between the governance group, service delivery partners and other stakeholders.

This is a Full-Time Fixed Term (38 hours per week - 1.0 EFT until 20/10/2027) opportunity based in Footscray within our Safe at Home program. The position reports to the Head of Innovation and Business Development.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated capacity in project management/delivery with the skills and confidence to work under limited direction.
  • Highly developed communication skills and experience in facilitating and optimising project partnerships.
  • Demonstrated high level of communication skills (verbal and written), ability and confidence to communicate with a wide-ranging audience including government officials, clients, staff, and community organisations.
  • Significant experience and/or capabilities in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and partnerships, and in ensuring compliance with service agreements/funding contracts.

You must have a:

  • Valid and current Driver’s Licence;
  • Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check;
