Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for people who love hospitality to join the GYG Southport team 

We love people who love hospitality, and we love working with you to build a well-rounded business, with supportive operators and people leaders. This is an exciting opportunity for people who come from all kinds of experience levels, whether that be management or crew, or maybe for people who are looking to get into the workforce. Whatever it might be, we have a position for you

We are hiring ALL roles - Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, Head Cooks, Senior Cooks and Crew.

Qualifications

Line/Sales Crew members are responsible for working across sales, line, fries, server and Quality Assurance positions. They may also complete prep work in the kitchen as required. Their primary responsibilities are ensuring the best guest experience at all times, in terms of guest connection, speed of service, food quality and presentation. They are also responsible for following all food safety and WH&S policies and procedures at all times.
