The Opportunity
The role of the Project Coordinator position is to provide support for project and program managers across the Digital & IT delivery portfolio, and to engage in continuous improvement to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
This is a 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract that will see you:
Assist with regular status reporting. Be a Shibumi super user. Handle all PMO Administration. Improve current project management and governance processes.Are you up for it?
To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for:
Robust administration skills Strong attention to detail Good personal time management and the ability to get things done Excellent communication and relationship management skills Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills The ability to adapt and be agile in your approach as we embark on our transformation journey toward Suntory Oceania. Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better outcome, consistently striving for better ways of working. Experience with Shibumi or similar enterprise project management platform (Highly beneficial)Unleash your spirit with Suntory Oceania
