Driver Hire is an international recruitment specialist with over 100 offices in the UK and since opening in Australia in 2012 we have grown to 13 offices covering 6 states with another 4 in the pipeline hence we are constantly recruiting a number of roles and promoting people in line with our expansion plans. This makes us the fastest growing specialist recruiter in the transport and logistics market.
What will I be doing?
Joining us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will start your journey with on the job training learning all aspects of recruitment and employment.
You will develop a portfolio of drivers and customers and become their leae account manager to manage their needs on a daily basis. When your clients ask you for a worker you will search through our extensive database of employees or if needed advertise and recruit to fulfil our many vacancies.
With your ongoing learning and development you will learn all about running a recruitment business to put you in a great position to develop your career to many varied career paths and opportunities.
What are we looking for?
We are a people business so as well as your academic expertise we need team members that are outgoing, very competitive, talkative, focused, energetic, funny (or can sing if you can?t tell jokes) go getters.
You will have recruitment agency or B2B sales experience already.
If you are willing to learn, talk a lot, be patient and continuously strive to be the best, you will be rewarded.
