What's on offer?

The 8Homes team are looking to employ an ambitious and self-motivated New Homes Sales Consultant who will be based at a display home located in the Lara (Geelong) area. We are open to either experiences New Homes Sales Consultants, or candidates looking to transfer their current sales and customer service skills into the industry – here’s your chance to launch a new career

As New Homes Sales Consultant, working Saturday to Wednesday (inclusive) you will be based in a brand-new display and provided with the guidance of industry best Training, Coaching and Mentoring. You’ll you will be provided with the choice of either Base Salary or Retainer plus lucrative commissions allowing you to earn a fantastic income and build the foundations for your future.

Within this role your responsibilities would include;

  • Meeting and greeting clients, generating opportunities and following up on leads to drive sales.
  • Ensuring that our display is maintained to the highest standards, like it's your second home.
  • Exceeding customer service expectations and attending to their needs.
  • Maintaining relationships with local land agents and other important stakeholders - to maximise our opportunities

Who are we looking for?

  • Highly driven individuals with experience in face-to-face sales.
  • Positive, pro-active attitude and mentality
  • Quality level of communication, negotiation and people skills.
  • High level of customer service standards with an ability to build rapport with people on all levels.
  • Available to work weekends.
