THE ROLE

  • Ensure works meets client expectations and is completed to specification and quality standards
  • Analyse technical drawings, interpreting specifications and determining electrical components required on our marine projects
  • Compile and review QA/QC documentation (ITP’s, RFI’s etc) and associated reporting
  • Coordinate suppliers and sub-contractors
  • De-conflict with various stakeholders
  • Plan and monitor progress, equipment and personnel
  • Diagnose issues and problem solve
  • Track procurement activities
  • Program and schedule electrical and commissioning works
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably from within the construction project delivery space
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or trade background with experience in quality management of largescale electrical projects.
  • Experience in HV/substations, industrial electrical installations, instrumentation, security, ICT and controls systems
  • The ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’
  • A genuine passion and desire for the safety of self and others
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
