As an Executive Chef - Food Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.

With a strong focus on leadership, teamwork, and consistency, this role requires an individual who possesses a deep understanding of financial controls within a hospitality business. You will be responsible for training and developing a team of skilled chefs, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. To excel in this position, you must have experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment, and possess a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery. Additionally, eligibility to work in Australia is a necessity.
