About the role

As Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for our Community Employee Experience program that attracts, retains, and engages amazing talent for Brisbane Airport, reporting to the Head of Commercial Marketing.

The program aims to further strengthen the airport community, working to continuously attract employees to the airport precinct which has 2700 hectares of land and over 600 businesses, whilst engaging and retaining current staff.

Some key focus areas of the program include:

  • Delivering engaging events including an annual careers expo and regular appreciation BBQs.
  • Developing key creative and collateral including branded gifts, brochures, photography, presentations, website content and videos.
  • Developing and communicating a rewards and benefits program, rewarding employees on airport through access to exclusive discounts and offers.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. With excellent expertise in project and event management, you will be adept at handling complex tasks and ensuring smooth execution. Your strong attention to detail, paired with effective written communication skills, will ensure that all aspects of your work are to a high standard and well-organised.
