We are looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will lead the strategy development and implementation of key initiatives across the full employee experience, including performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and remuneration and benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the talent management and succession framework for Lite n' Easy.
Build an internal leadership development framework that meets the needs of all locations, functions, and leadership levels.
Establish a clear performance management life cycle framework and provide training, supporting material, and guidance.
Enhance the Lite n' Easy employer brand and employee value proposition using appropriate sourcing platforms and relationships.
Design and develop a remuneration framework that includes position banding, salary structures, and short-term incentive plans.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and partner with the P&C team on benefits and initiatives across the business.
Lead the talent acquisition team to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience that meets business needs and timeframes.
Forecast and manage learning and development and recruitment budgets.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, sourcing platforms, learning and development providers.
Collaborate with the executive leadership team, P&C Team, managers and supervisors.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Ability to assess a broad range of requirements across different business units and create consistent and adaptable learning solutions.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to coach and mentor senior leaders and managers.
Proven experience in leading projects and leveraging change management models.
Extensive experience in talent management frameworks.
Experience in negotiating contracts with external parties.
Significant experience or certifications in leadership development facilitation.
Deep understanding of learning and development and strategic sourcing strategies.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
