Head of Program Delivery Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our program management organization, overseeing complex enterprise-wide technology initiatives and driving successful delivery outcomes across the business.

About the Role

This position presents a rare opportunity to help shape the delivery strategy, governance frameworks, and business outcomes at an exciting and pivotal time at Nuix.

  • Lead, mentor and develop a small team of Program Managers and PMO professionals, establishing clear performance expectations and career development goals.
  • Develop and maintain program governance frameworks and delivery methodologies that scale with business growth, balancing rigour with agility.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment of program objectives with business strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program delivery practices and reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for complex, cross-functional programs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Extensive experience in technology program delivery, particularly in software development or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple large-scale programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to look at solutions in creative ways, recognize opportunities to innovate, and engage partners in a vision and strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with senior executives, IT leadership and software engineers.
Location

Flexible/hybrid working with office base in Sydney, working primarily with teams based in Australia & North America.
