Director of Enterprise Technology Delivery

As a Director of Enterprise Technology Delivery, you will be responsible for leading our program management organization, overseeing complex enterprise-wide technology initiatives and ensuring successful delivery across the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape delivery strategies, governance frameworks, and business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Program Managers and PMO professionals, establishing performance and career development goals. You will also develop and maintain scalable program governance frameworks and delivery methodologies, collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives with business strategies, and improve program delivery practices and reporting mechanisms.

You will oversee complex, cross-functional programs, resolve dependencies, conflicts, and resource constraints through cross-functional collaboration, and foster a delivery-focused culture within the organization. Additionally, you will manage executive-level program reporting and stakeholder updates, and build strong relationships with department heads and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in technology program delivery, especially in software development or digital transformation. You will have proven success in leading multiple large-scale programs, creative problem-solving and innovative solution recognition, ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively, strong presentation skills for engaging with executives and technical teams, strategic thinking with analytical skills, experience in developing governance frameworks, understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience in building high-performing teams.
