We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor/ Partner to join our mission-driven team at Churches of Christ in Queensland.

About the Role:- Partner closely with hiring leaders across aged care, community, and family services to drive high-volume, fast-paced recruitment and fuel service delivery excellence.
- Lead strategic sourcing campaigns across LinkedIn, Seek, Facebook, and other talent channels to build and nurture talent pools that support ongoing and hard-to-fill recruitment needs.
- Enable smarter hiring decisions through Excel-based data insights and system-driven reporting to continuously refine and innovate the recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and leaders.
- A people person passionate about recruitment that drives real impact, thriving in high-volume, fast-paced environments, balancing speed, care, and quality.
- A trusted relationship-builder, organised, proactive, and confident partnering with hiring leaders, social media savvy, skilled in crafting engaging posts and sourcing purpose-driven talent online.
- Excel proficient and tech-savvy, with an innovation mindset and a love for smarter processes, comfortable using data storytelling and dashboard reporting to influence and inform recruitment strategies.
