About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to deliver contemporary workforce planning and recruitment solutions that attract and retain top talent. You'll bring a mix of strategic thinking and operational execution to meet both immediate and future workforce needs.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for a defined service cluster
Support workforce planning through data-led advice and market insights
Build strong, consultative relationships with leaders and key stakeholders
Support employer branding, talent pipelines, and process improvements
Advise on visa processes and compliance in partnership with hiring managers
About you
You bring a depth of experience in recruitment, and a consultative style that builds trust and delivers results. You're proactive, adaptable, and ready to drive continuous improvement.
5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong partnering focus
Skilled at strategic sourcing and workforce planning
Knowledge of visa sponsorship processes and relevant legislation
Comfortable working with recruitment systems and data
A values-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
