This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensuring that recruitment targets are met providing consistent provision of subcontractor resources across the business.Ensuring that sub-contractors recruited meet group quality requirements from a performance, vehicle and equipment perspective.Ensuring that sub-contractors are comprehensively trained during their induction so that our sub-contractors have the skills required to perform their roles proficiently, and without risk to the health and safety of themselves and others.Ensuring that all administrative aspects of the Fleet Management Department are accurate at all times, which includes but is not limited to sub-contractor incentive payments, asset management, the Transport Management System ("TMS") information, sub-contractor attendance and incident investigation.Skills and Experience DesiredPrevious experience in recruitment a benefit but not essential.Relevant experience working within the Local Transport industry is preferable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Great people skills, the ability to communicate and resolve issues that may arise.A solid knowledge of Heavy Rigid and Heavy Combination vehicle types and a good working knowledge of the local transport industry is required.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a recruitment consultant?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in administration?How many years of recruitment experience do you have?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have customer service experience?How many years of asset management experience do you have?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics 101-1,000 employeesCapital Transport is a wholly owned Australian business, operating successfully across five states including: Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
