As the Contracts Administrator, you'll bring a strong administrative and contracts knowledge, supporting project managers while ensuring smooth contract and project administration.Administering head contracts and subcontracts will be at the forefront, including negotiation, terms, and compliance.
You'll manage project sum variations and payment claim processes.Key responsibilities include preparing, tracking, and submitting weekly variations, creating and managing supplier purchase agreements, and coordinating material approvals and handovers to procurement.Documentation, innovation, and creative mindsets are essential.
Implementing new processes and creating efficiencies are encouraged.
Maintaining existing documentation is key, including scopes of work, BOMs, material approvals, and cost reporting.You'll work closely with project managers on client-facing follow-ups, reviewing project scopes, and collaborating with the design team to ensure alignment with contracts.About youYou're likely earlier in your career, perhaps with around 3 years of experience.
You have plans to grow, develop, and succeed.
Current experience in contracts administration or project coordination is crucial, along with knowledge of contract terms, payment claims, and supplier negotiations.Experience within Construction or Manufacturing environments, including the ability to review engineering drawings and scopes of work, is beneficial.Weekly reporting on project costs and financial performance is a significant part of your role, including number crunching, gathering data, and maintaining your systems.
