No Limits Support are an innovative and care-focused NDIS registered Disability Support Provider based mainly in The Hills area. We aim to deliver the highest quality services to those in need, and are focused on creating meaningful and consistent support to the individuals and families in our care.

About the Role

Casual

No Limits Support is looking to grow its team of Support Workers in line with an increase in demand from clients in need of care. We are seeking experienced Support Workers based in Gosford and surrounding areas for a casual role (with potential for part-time) to provide essential care to clients with high behaviours, both in home and in the community.

Tasks may include:

- Supporting clients with personal care

- General tasks around the house and domestic care

- Engaging in meaningful recreational activities

Shifts we offer:

- Variety of shifts ranging from early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends

- Our ideal candidate would be flexible to work a range of the above shifts

Our ideal candidate would ideally have:

- An enthusiastic, engaging and encouraging approach to the role

- Experience with challenging behaviours

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

- Current and up to date documentation

About you

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

  • Paid WWCC

  • NDISWC

  • Current Drivers License and access to a car

  • Full working rights in Australia

  • Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19

  • Experience or qualifications in Disability Support
