This is a 12-month fixed term contract position based in Windsor QLD.

About the role:

  • Manage contracts for multiple locations across Australia

  • Monthly Invoicing, including attaching supporting documentation and ensuring they are sent or uploaded correctly

  • Complete contract cancellations and variations

  • Resolving contract issues as listed on reports

  • Provide support for the internal sales tool

  • General assistance to Branch Managers and Operational team including but not limited to: Customer Monthly Reports and Renewal Documents

  • Resolving Accounts Payable disputes via our internal computer program

  • Contract changes via our management software

About you:

  • Administration experience in a similar role

  • Customer service skills (Strong service orientation)

  • Team oriented approach

  • Proficient MS Office Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability

  • Professionalism and pro-activeness

  • Excellent time management and work prioritization skills

  • Relationship management with both employees and customers

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated and proactive
