Your role will focus on overseeing the Supported Independent Living area of the business. You will work as part of a team and lead from the front, managing multiple SIL houses, staff, compliance, finances, and future growth. This role will continue to evolve as the team/division continues to grow. Your ability to effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders and seek quality outcomes will be one of your key performance indicators in this challenging role.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Relevant qualifications for the industry
  • Understanding of NDIS
  • Management experience including mentoring and training staff.
  • Strong time management and computer skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills which enable you to build effective relationships across the organisation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to problem solve on the fly
  • Values of understanding, kindness and respect and a strong understanding of the complex needs of people living with disability and the NDIS
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and WWC Blue Card
  • First Aid & CPR

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
