Lead the way in a brand-new era at Nubco Burnie
We're on the lookout for an inspiring leader to take the reins at our Burnie Branch. As Branch Manager , you'll be the driving force behind your team, your customers, and the success of the branch.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll build strong relationships, deliver GREAT service, and guide your team toward achieving sales targets and operational excellence. If you love solving problems, leading by example, and creating a culture where people thrive – this is the role for you

Why This Role is Different:
We're investing heavily in Burnie, with a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility set to open in the next 12 months. You'll have the chance to shape the new branch, influence its culture, and build it into a high-performing store that reflects your leadership

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Burnie team to meet or exceed sales, service, and safety goals
  • Drive efficient branch operations with a hands-on approach
  • Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Promote a strong safety-first and team-oriented culture
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and take on additional duties as required
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong leadership and people management experience
  • A customer-focused mindset and relationship-building skills
  • Great time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • A safety-first attitude and strong operational background
  • Experience in Trade, Industrial and Hardware sectors is advantageous
  • Confident communicator with proven business acumen
