What you offer us

As the Head of Marketing at Lowe Living you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the company's brand presence, drive customer engagement across all stages of the property development process and ensure the department is achieving revenue targets. This senior leadership position demands a seasoned marketer with extensive experience in marketing agency management, ideally with a focus on property or real estate, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for Lowe Living corporate, and Lowe Living projects, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives, vision, and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in digital marketing, traditional advertising, content marketing, and social media, ensuring Lowe Living maintains a competitive edge in the market.
  • Ensure Lowe Living's brand remains strong, consistent, and relevant across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and experiential marketing.
  • Oversee the management of Lowe Living's online presence, ensuring that the website and digital platforms are optimised, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity, innovation, and achieving results.
  • Encourage a culture of cross-departmental collaboration to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives, business growth targets, and project goals.
  • Regularly review and analyse marketing data, such as lead generation, campaign performance, and customer engagement, to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular marketing reporting to the senior leadership team, highlighting key metrics, successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies or consultants to achieve project and corporate goals.
  • Develop and manage multiple marketing budgets with a focus on driving revenue for Lowe Living's development projects, ensuring alignment with sales goals and project targets.
  • Effectively manage the allocation of marketing resources, both internal and external, to achieve maximum impact for project sales goals while also contributing to corporate revenue generation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager, ideally with a background in marketing agencies and/or experience in property development.
  • Formal qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation, with the ability to adapt strategies to suit the property development market.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • A creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to innovate and stay ahead of trends in the property marketing space.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and external vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-impact outcomes.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
