Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

In this role, you will… 

  • Have previous experience in bars, restaurants, or gaming.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to naturally build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
  • Be a team player, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
  • Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
  • Setup and reset the bar and bistro, including function activities as required.

The right fit will… 

  • Have previous experience in food and beverage, bar or gaming environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbally.
  • Experience with booking systems and/or willing to learn a new system.
  • A positive attitude and love for hospitality.
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) and Sr. Keno certification or willingness to take it
  • Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
